SMS authentication during login

In order to improve security, users who have yet to turn on two-factor authentication (via the Google Authenticator app, etc.) will be asked to perform SMS authentication upon login.

After entering your email and password or logging in via Facebook, you will receive an SMS message at the number registered to your account containing a 6-digit code. Please enter it on the screen pictured below.

If you don’t receive an SMS message, please use the “Resend code” button to send a new one.

Unable to access phone number registered to my account

If you are unable to access the phone registered to your accout and have yet to turn two-factor authentication on, you will be unable to log in to your Coincheck account.
