When you already have an account.
The below error will be displayed on the login page,
“The mail address is already registered.”
*If you do not know the correct password, please proceed with the password reset.
*Please note that we allow only one account per user.
When you have a payment account.
It is possible that you have mistakenly logged into the payment account instead of trading account.
In that case, you need to change your account from Switch account setting.
