[Important Notice — Please Read Carefully]

Crypto assets and electronic payment instruments are neither Japanese currency nor foreign currency.
Crypto assets and electronic payment instruments may be used for the payment of consideration only where the person receiving such payment consents to it.
The purchase and sale of crypto assets and their exchange for other crypto assets are transactions in which you may incur losses due to fluctuations in the price of crypto assets. The price of crypto assets may fluctuate as a result of changes in the balance of supply and demand, movements in general price levels, fiat currencies and other markets, changes in circumstances relating to crypto assets, and other such factors. In addition, the transaction price of over-the-counter derivatives transactions related to crypto assets, etc. (hereinafter, "Crypto-Asset-Related OTC Derivatives Transactions") may rise or fall under the influence of fluctuations in the balance of supply and demand for Crypto-Asset-Related OTC Derivatives Transactions at the Company, and may also rise or fall under the influence of price fluctuations of the crypto assets referenced by such transactions; accordingly, losses may arise.
The purchase and sale of electronic payment instruments and their exchange for other electronic payment instruments are transactions in which you may incur losses due to fluctuations in the price of electronic payment instruments. The price of an electronic payment instrument is based on the value of the backing assets held by its issuer and is maintained on the premise that the issuer will honor the redemption of that electronic payment instrument. However, if a change arises in the issuer's business due to unforeseen events in the future, or if the backing assets flow out or their value is lost, the price of the electronic payment instrument may decline sharply. In addition, for electronic payment instruments denominated in a foreign currency, their converted value in Japanese yen may decrease compared with the time of acquisition due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
In the event of sudden market fluctuations, reduced liquidity or other such situations, you may be unable to trade as intended because the difference between selling and buying prices may widen or the acceptance of orders may be suspended.
In Crypto-Asset-Related OTC Derivatives Transactions, losses arising from the fluctuations in transaction prices described above may exceed the amount of margin deposited.
To engage in Crypto-Asset-Related OTC Derivatives Transactions, margin must be deposited in advance. The transaction amount in Crypto-Asset-Related OTC Derivatives Transactions may exceed the amount of margin deposited. For the method of calculating the amount of margin required to be deposited for a transaction, and the ratio of such transaction amount to such margin, please refer to the document delivered prior to the conclusion of a contract for Crypto-Asset-Related OTC Derivatives Transactions.
There is a difference between the selling price and the buying price quoted by the Company.
For details of the fees, remuneration and other consideration relating to transactions, please refer to Fees.
Please trade at your own discretion and responsibility after fully reviewing the contents of the document delivered prior to the conclusion of a contract and other related documents.
When handling new crypto assets, the Company may receive, directly or indirectly, such crypto assets or fiat currency as listing compensation from the issuer of the crypto assets or other interested parties.
As a result of the amendment to the Payment Services Act (effective May 1, 2020), the statutory term "virtual currency" was changed to "crypto asset." However, the term "virtual currency" is still used in some parts of the Company's website.
